housekeeping issues

I loved the 'aroma in the ambience', but the room reeked of oily sweat, not exactly the scent I had hoped for. Who needs privacy when the housekeeping barges in even when the do not disturb sign is up? A complimentary gesture would have been nice, but I guess I shouldn't expect much anyway.

Everything was exceptional, magnificent location adjacent to the airport or taipei main train station, the CENTER and many eateries including being situated on top of a food court, 400m from train station, surprisingly large rooms and luxuriously appointed rooms, wonderful experience. The staff were reasonably good all of the time. The free parking was onsite, great service. I couldn't recommend more the place.

the stay here was great for 7 nights. exceptionally clean and trendy units on the upper floors, we really enjoyed it. the staff were affable and competent and the location was unbeatable by cab or metro. this hotel met standards!

Spacious room, helpful staff, with a good breakfast spread that fueled our adventures as well as a seamless transportation option to Taipei Arena Station just a short walk away.

I had a fantastic stay with a spacious room that had an amazing view of the city. The breakfasts were hearty, but the variety could be better. Despite the great coffee nearby, I really missed having an onsite bar to unwind after a long day.

The spacious Beautiful Family Room was perfect for us, and we loved being just a short walk from the MRT Taipei Arena. Our pet dog was welcomed too.

My wife says that the lack of bathroom privacy was an issue.
